management topics and has testified on behalf of both plaintiff and defense. She has either consulted or testified in cases involving age discrimination, nationality discrimination, sexual harassment, adequacy of investigations, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, family leave, racial discrimination, pregnancy leave, and HR practices. Patricia has directed and/or conducted more than 300 investigations, drafted handbooks and policies, and consulted on a myriad of employment topics. She also has more than 30 years experience consulting with, and training, senior HR managers, executive management, supervisors, union representatives and non-management employees.
